Anohka’s Timeless Dry Gin

43.0 % ABV

Meet Timeless! Our take on a more classic gin, though we still use more the two times the usual amount of botanicals. This gin features a nose filled with lemon , juniper, and orange peel. On the palate, it presents a medium-full body with a silky texture, showcasing flavors of lemon, lime, orange, and juniper. The finish is complex, with a juniper-forward profile complemented by intricate floral and citrus notes, resulting in a well-balanced and subtly complex experience.

  • Juniper, French lavender, sweet orange peel, bitter orange peel, coriander, lemon verbena, coriander, angelica root, orris root, Indonesian cinnamon, neutral grain spirit produced from 100% western Canadian wheat.

We do things differently around here

We use 100% natural ingredients, with inputs from our own backyard, and production processes inspired by century old practices. Our neutral grain spirit comes from the top Canadian producers which allows for a finished spirit that is both bold and unmistakable in taste - we even had to make our gin stronger just to keep up. Our approach to our whiskies will be just as thoughtful, using fire-heated copper stills that create deeper, more complex flavour profiles but still approachable enough for the whisky newcomer.
